The cutler Marie Taillardat began her training at Atelier Perceval in 2013 and soon took over the production of chef's knives, sommeliers and pocket knives. After a few years, she founded her own company, Coutellerie Marie Taillardat, in March 2020 at the age of 29. Her first work, the 1925 model, is a tribute to her grandfather. She is currently producing the 1925 BB, a smaller version of her first piece.
