zweistufiges französisches Kellnermesser Stilvolles, modernes Sommeliermesser handgefertigt in Frankreich. Für die Prestige Serie wird nur erlesenes Holz verbaut. Es wird nach alter Tradition in vielen Arbeitsschritten in Thiers, der Hauptstadt der französischen Schneidwaren, hergestellt. Die Wendelung mit Seele (bezeichnet den Innenraum zwischen der Spirale) verteilt die Zugkraft gleichmäßig und verhindert so das Zerbrechen des (auch längeren) Korkens. Die Hebelwirkung des zweistufigen Sommeliers ist optimal austariert und erleichtert das Herausziehen des Korkens. Im Heber ist ein Flaschenöffner für Kronkorken integriert. Für den Griff wurde Violettholz verarbeitet. Die Edelstahlteile des Sommeliers sind im Finish aufwendig spiegelpoliert.
