The obligatory shepherd’s cross adorns the handle scale. The blade is made from high-performance 12C27MOD Sandvik steel, a rust-free steel that retains its edge well and is easy to sharpen. Both the blade and the bolsters have a polished finish. The spine is traditionally and elaborately decorated by hand.
