The farmers of that time used it for all daily tasks, from eating to caring for animals to self-defence. The Fontenille Pataud workshop is reissuing and reinterpreting the CAPUCHADOU knife, a pioneer of the Laguiole, for you. The 12 cm long, ergonomic handle is made from amourette wood.
