Benjamin Heé is an artistic blacksmith and knife maker who began forging five years ago at the foot of the Causse Noir. What started as a venture to make his own kitchen knives quickly became his passion and his main focus as a craftsman. Today, he specialises in 100% handcrafted kitchen knives and folding knives, particularly those with a liner-lock mechanism, and is currently expanding his collection to include slip-joint models.
As he has developed his craft, he has also collaborated with experienced cutlers to further refine his technique and bring new perspectives to his work. Recently, he has also started producing his own Damascus steel and crafts each knife as a unique piece using steel, wood and selected natural materials.
