Opinel Messer

The pocket knife, a French classic, wellknown all over thew world, was invented in 1890 by Joseph Opinel in Albiez-le-Vieux, Savoy. Since then, it has been produced in 10 numbered sizes from 2 to 12. Denis Opinel, the great-grandson of the founder, runs the Opinel company today. Every original Opinel has been marked with an engraved crowned hand since 1890.
