The beautifully shaped, slender waiter's knife is 100% handcrafted in Thiers.It fits perfectly in the hand. With just one stroke, even a long cork can be perfectly pulled out of the bottle. The spiral with core (denotes the inner space between the spiral) distributes the pulling force evenly and thus prevents the cork from breaking. The leverage is optimally balanced and makes it easier to pull out. The handle scales were made of barrel oak from old red vine barrels. The sommelier's resort has been guilloched by hand. A handmade leather case is included in the delivery."La Paulée" is a friendly event at the end of the harvest.
