Roland LANNIER folding knife Why so serious? Light Carbon 2 Dark side

Why so serious LIGHT 2 – Elegance with a wink

Crafted by hand in the Thiers workshop of Roland LANNIER, the Why so serious LIGHT 2 is a sleek and refined gentleman’s knife that masterfully combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary materials.

Its ultra-slim carbon fiber handle is polished using a special technique that brings out the signature carbon weave while providing a smooth, ergonomic grip.

A striking detail sets this knife apart: the vibrant red resin spacer glows in the dark after being exposed to light. It’s a subtle, playful feature that adds modern charm to this minimalist masterpiece.

The blade is forged from high-performance 14C28 Sandvik stainless steel, cryogenically treated and hardened to 60 HRC. Hand-sharpened and finished in matte, it delivers a superb cutting experience. A precise linerlock ensures the blade stays securely in place.
