Liadou du Vallon® ironwood with korkscrew 12 cm
The Liadou ® is an authentic winemaker knife. In the past, every winemaker had one in his pocket. His "Liadou" (Occasional Tying Tool) formerly served to split the willow and "bind" the vine to size in a crown. It was also used for snacks or housework. Its typical, broad, down-facing blade, its flat, firm and jerky spring made it a reliable and durable tool.
