Since 1829 Laguiole en Aubrac manufacture the legendary Laguiole knives by hand. Each of them needs up to 216 steps which is traditionally carried out by one knifemaker.
The knives bear the LOG (Laguiole Guarantee of Origin) seal of quality, means they were made in Laguiole/ Espalion by a master blacksmith in traditional craftsmanship according to the strict LOG quality criteria and manufacturing specifications completely in-house.
