OTTER Anchor knife cow bone with strap hole damascus blade

Anchor knife special model - with Damascus blade
Functional and simple - the anchor knife from Solingen. The handle scales are made from cow bone. The light-coloured material is very pleasant to the touch and accentuates the brass anchor perfectly. The anchor is firmly riveted to the handle and ground flush. There is a cord hole at the end of the handle.

The blade of this customised knife was made from Alleima Damax™ / DSC inox-s and was produced by Markus Balbach. The Superclean layered Damascus (135 layers) has a very fine grain, is stainless and food-safe. The sheepfoot (hoof blade) shows off the layered damascus very well, a real eye-catcher. The blade features the manufacturer's logo, a small sea otter.

OTTER Solingen

OTTER knives GmbH

The Otter company was founded around 1840 in a small cottage – a traditional water-powered grinding shop – at the Königsmühle in Solingen. Its name comes from the fish otters that used to live on the banks of the streams and rivers in the Bergisches Land. These adorn the products as the company's logo.
