After five years of training, among others, and at CFAI also in the forge of Atelier Perceval, ALEXIS DEBRIENNE went into business for himself and founded his company KLEOS in 2021, based in Thiers, the "knife capital" of France.
He drew and designed his first models. Meticulous and demanding, Alexis strives above all for aesthetics and quality. From the selection of materials and steels to the production of his knives. He supervises and controls everything himself, so no detail is left to chance. As a perfectionist, it is important for him that the customer is satisfied.

KLEOS - Messerschmiede in thiers
Als leidenschaftlicher Messerliebhaber, kulinarischer Enthusiast und von der Welt berauscht, hatte sich Alexis DEBRIENNE überlegt, all diese Leidenschaften zu vereinen und daraus einen Beruf zu machen.
Ciao le Périgord, auf Richtung "Thiers", der Wiege des französischen Schneidwarenhandwerks. Akribisch und anspruchsvoll, strebt Alexis vor allem nach Ästhetik und Qualität. Angefangen bei der Auswahl der Materialien und Stählen, bis hin zur Herstellung seiner Messer. Alexis Debrienne gründet 2021 seine Firma KLEOS ansässig in Thiers, der "Messerhauptstadt" Frankreichs.
Er überwacht und kontrolliert alles selbst, somit wird kein Detail dem Zufall überlassen. Als Perfektionist ist es für ihn wichtig, dass der Kunde zufrieden ist.
