The century-old Claude Dozorme manufacture was founded in 1902 by Blaise Dozorme, known as «Le Loup». Located in Thiers, the capital of cutlery, the company combines French know- how and craftsmanship to produce daring, original and very high quality knives.
The region of Thiers represents 6 centuries of cutlery, and as many years of know-how. Claude Dozorme is one of the few companies to carry out all the stages of knife making in-house. The company quickly established itself as a creative force and created a new model, the JERO.
This model, derived from a bestseller of the Claude Dozorme company, was created in-house. It has a full carbon back, a very secure
flat locking system and a stainless steel blade guard decorated with multiple graphics. All this makes it a light knife, easy to slip into a pocket, very durable and easy to use in everyday life.

The company CLAUDE DOZORME was founded in 1902 in the heart of Auvergne, in the French knife capital of Thiers. The tradition of the forge has been continued for over 100 years and was family-owned until 2022. Didier Perret is the new owner of the traditional company since March 2022.
CLAUDE DOZORME manufactures all knives from A-Z in its own workshop. The range includes traditional Laguiole pocket knives, avant-garde folding knives and tableware.
The master blacksmiths are regularly trained in new knife making and sharpening techniques. CLAUDE DOZORME uses only the best, finest materials. The knife forge is regarded as one of the most innovative forges, whose products have already won many design awards.
