Saladini Steak knives Sliced Resin white Set of 6

Saladini Steak Knife Set 4300 Sliced handmade in Tuscany
the steak knife convinces with its extraordinary design, the excellent hand position and a finely ground, very sharp blade. It is excellently balanced. The handle scales are made of resin, also called epoxy resin. Resin is a high quality resin. This handle material is often used in upscale gastronomy because it is dishwasher safe. Resin is also a very pleasant material to the touch.

The 4300 was designed by Giacomo Cecchi, co-owner of the SALADINI company. In earlier years, Giacomo worked on designs for the car industry, which is definitely noticeable in the design language of the Sliced.
The "Sliced steak knife 4300" by Saladini is the perfect steak knife. It is a balanced mixture of high-quality cutting technology and modern design.
The steak knives should only be cleaned by hand.

SALADINI

Saladini is based in Scarperia, a small town in Tuscany about 20 kilometres from Florence. Its landmark is the Palazzo Pretorio in Scarperia, with its striking tower.

Scarperia was founded on 8 September 1306 and its special feature is the old tradition of knife making, or rather ‘cutting iron’, as these objects used to be called in the old days.

Saladini wants to preserve this ancient tradition of handcrafting pocket knives, cutlery and chef's knives. Everything is made with the care and attention that objects created with love and dedication deserve.
