Each Laguiole pocket knife is made by hand in more than 105 steps, depending on the configuration. The family business attaches great importance to precise workmanship! "One man, one knife" is the company's motto, meaning that a trained knifemaker is solely responsible for his products. Each Laguiole knife is individually decorated.
