NAVAJA – hand-forged Damascus blade
Inspired by the historical shapes of classic NAVAJA knives, this exclusive one-of-a-kind piece impresses with its elegance and masterful craftsmanship. For knife maker Pierre Thomas, quality, precision and the use of the finest materials are paramount.
The handle scales are made from sandblasted fossil bog oak. This special treatment gives the wood a unique, antique look. They are fastened with gold-plated screws, which underline the overall impression of luxury.
The slip joint knife is equipped with a hand-forged Damascus blade. The wild Damascus pattern of the finely ground blade is an absolute eye-catcher. The blade action is pleasantly balanced.
The resort has been artfully hammered, while the plates have been elaborately decorated by hand. Tiny drill holes around the axle screw also mark the exact time of completion – a typical detail from Pierre Thomas that makes each piece unique. The delivery includes a high-quality leather sheath and a certificate confirming the authenticity of this unique collector's knife.

Atelier Ôdae - Pierre Thomas blacksmithr in Thiers
Pierre THOMAS was born in Perigord/France in 1991. He came to Thiers at the age of 20 and learned the art of cutlery here.
He worked for the PERCEVAL forge, among others. In 2017, the young, talented blacksmith set up his own workshop.
Pierre worked for more than 6 months on the development of his "Le Passager". The result is an elegant, beautifully shaped foldingknife that you won't want to put down.
In the meantime, several other pocket knife models were added, such as the Philéas.
